Where do you ship?
We only ship to countries and territories as permitted on our shopping cart check-out page.
Presently, we operate in Canada and are in the process of expanding to additional countries.
Although challenging to give accurate shipping estimates presently, we depend on reputable order fulfillment partners to aim to meet the timelines detailed in this policy.
- We ship once products are fully paid.
- Shipping time frames are determined by the shipping method you choose at check out.
- Shipping and delivery times can be impacted by a variety of factors beyond our control, including weather events, supply chain issues, delays within our order fulfillment partners, strikes, labour disruptions, and delays caused by seasonal volumes.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
